Abstract Submission Guidelines

Registration for the congress is free of charge for all participants residing outside Iran.

When submitting your abstract, please complete the following information in the relevant sections:

• - Abstract Title
• - Full names of all authors
• - Institutional affiliation(s) of all authors
• - Email address of the Presenting Author
• - Email address of the Corresponding Author
• - Abstract text
• - Keywords

Abstract Type

At the time of submission, please select one of the following abstract types:

• - Original Research
• - Clinical Trial
• - Case Report / Case Series

Please also select the scientific theme most relevant to your study from the congress themes listed below.

Abstract Structure

For research studies, please include the following sections:

• - Background: approximately 1 to 3 sentences
• - Methods: approximately 3 to 10 sentences
• - Results: approximately 3 to 10 sentences
• - Conclusion: approximately 1 to 3 sentences
• - Keywords: a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 terms

The total abstract, excluding the title, authors, and other attachments, should be between 150 and 400 words.

For Case Report / Case Series, the abstract structure may be adapted to the nature of the study and should focus on diagnostic findings, therapeutic approaches, and key clinical points.

Please identify the Presenting Author carefully at the time of submission. The Presenting Author's information will be used for presentation scheduling and certificate issuance.

The Presentation Certificate will be issued to the Presenting Author.

After successful submission of the abstract, confirmation of receipt will be sent via the contact information registered in the system.

All abstracts received after the submission deadline will undergo scientific peer review, and the acceptance results will be announced subsequently.
